R Translation

A translation of Matenrou Opera’s “R” from the single of the same name, which was later made into a double single with “Genesis”. I am unsure what the letter itself stands for – my personal belief is that it might be “Real”. However, it is entirely open to interpretation.

You'll restrain yourself and then let yourself loose... you won't leave her,

Sonna onna ni nishuu shite nai de Motto maemuki na yo
I want to say we're the same, you and I.
Please don't insist on that girl... don't press on with it any further.

気安く声かけんなよ    CLOSEって言ってんだよ
Furafura to tachiyotte Karuku door osu mitai ni
Kiyasuku koe kaken na yo Close tte itte n da yo
You come to visit, staggering on your feet, trying to open a door not so
important.
Don't speak with such a familiar voice, saying that we're close.

Kantan ni oeru Chikasou de tooi shiawase
