A translation of Versailles’ “Vampire” from their new studio album “Holy Grail”. This song will be a theme for one of the Vampire Stories movies, which Kamijo is writing music for.

Holy Grail

夜明けが迫りくる
招かざる感情
深紅の逆流に私は酔いしれた
Yoake ga semarikuru
Manekazaru kanjou
Shinku no gyakuryuu ni watashi ha yoishirete
The morning draws near
And emotions beckon me,
Getting me drunk on the deep crimson you regurgitate.

心臟から解き放たれたなら
グラスへ降り注げ
そう痛みはない
Shinzou kara tokihanatareta nara
Glass he furisosoge
Sou itami ha nai
When your heart releases it from deep inside,
It flows into a glass.
See, it doesn't hurt.

Ah…美しく爪を立てて
首筋をなぞる
Ah... utsukushiku tsume wo tatete
Kubisuji wo nazoru
Ah.... with beautiful nails,
I trace over your neck.

許されない愛だから
今だけ全て奪いたい
唇で隱した言刃をもっと感じてくれ
Yurusarenai ai da kara
Ima dake subete ubaitai
Kuchibiru de kakushita kotoba1 wo motto kanjitekure
Because it's an unforgivable love,
I want to lose everything just for now.
Let me feel those blades your lips hide, more and more.

Jesus Christ

闇の中これ以上彷徨いたくはない
あなたの温もりにこの身を焼かれたい
Yami no naka kore ijou samayoitaku ha nai
Anata no nukumori ni kono mi wo yakaretai
I don't want to wander through the darkness any longer.
I want my body to burn in your warmth.

静けさだけ…
許されぬまま深い霧の中 蘇る
Shizukesa dake...
Yurusarenu mama fukai kiri no naka Yomigaeru
Only in silence...
Will I revive, unforgiveable, in this thick fog.

そう美しい記憶たちが
朝焼けと共に
Sou utsukushii kiokutachi ga
Asa yake to tomo ni
Yes, my beautiful memories
Will burn with the rising of the sun.

十字架を描く身体
両腕は広げた翼
この身が焼かれればいいなら
それも構わない
Juujika wo egaku karada
Ryouude ha hirogeta tsubasa
Kono mi ga yakarereba ii nara
Sore mo kamawanai
The body painted onto the cross
With both arms spread like wings...
I don't even care
If it will burn my body away.

許されない愛だから
もう何も恐れはしない
その声その身体その過去全て奪いたい
Yurusarenai ai da kara
Mou nani mo osore ha shinai
Sono koe sono karada sono kako subete ubaitai
Because this is a forbidden love,
I'm not afraid of anything anymore.
I want to steal all of it, that voice, that body, and that past, away.

Jesus Christ

Notes
1. As far as I know, this isn’t a real compound. Kamijo uses it in place of the real kanji for “kotoba” (“words”). The two kanji used hear mean “speak” and “blade”, respectively.

今だけ全て奪いたい is more like "i wanna snatch away/ steal everything now".
言刃 is Kamijo's pun combining "words" & "fangs" (blade behind lips is fang), while both "words" & "fangs" make sense in that sentence
