Etude

Togireta kioku no soko he ochita namida ha
Rasen no yumi wo hajiite sora he kaeru
The tears that fall into the depths of the interrupted memories
Snap the spiral bow and sent back to the sky.

Mada tsubomi no mama nemutta anata no te wo
Hikari no naka nigirishimeta mezame no Kiss wo...
Held in the midst of the light, you're still sleeping like a flowerbud,
So I press a kiss of awakening to your hand...

Soshite watashitachi ha mirai to kako he
Negai wo hakobu toki no tabibito
Aoi tori ni sugata wo kaete
Hitobito no moto he todokeru
And we are travelers of time,
Carrying wishes through the future and past.
Our form changes to that of blue birds,
So we can reach to other people.

Kieyuku zanzou kuchizuke de mezamesase
Hikari no naka kasanari hitotsu ni natta
The disappearing afterimage wakes you with a kiss,
And we overlap in the light and become one.

Soshite watashitachi ha mirai to kako he
Negai wo hakobu toki no tabibito
Aoi tori ni sugata wo kaete
Hitobito no moto he
And we are travelers of time,
Carrying wishes through the future and past.
Our form changes to that of blue birds,
And we fly towards people...

Itsuka "anata" ga mune ni sakaseta omoi wo1
Ichirin dake kudasai2
Gin no ito de musabu hanataba ha
Kitto suteki da kara
Please, someday, won't "you" will bloom in my heart
With just one feeling?
The bouquet bound with a silver thread
Is so very splendid.

Notes
1. “Hana” (“flower”) is written, while Kamijo sings “omoi” (“feelings”). He also adds the extra particle “wo”.
2. “Kudasai” (“please”) is written, but Kamijo omits it from the vocals.
