Redemption Translation

Itsu no ma ni ka wasureteta
Fuujikometa tsumi no kage
Before I realised it, I had forgotten
That I was trapped in the shadow of my sins.

 

この罪がもしも贖われるなら
上等のブランディも何もいらない
Kono tsumi ga moshi mo aganawareru nara
Joutou no brandy mo nani mo iranai
If I can atone for my sins,
I don't need anything, not even the very best brandy.

 

あ、どうか僕に許しを    孤独なつぐないの檻で
この血もこの肉すべて    差し出そう    十字架のまえに

Kono chi mo kono niku subete    Sashidasou    Juujika no mae ni
Ah, please, forgive me. Here in this lonely cage of redemption,
I'll present everything, even this body and this blood, before the Cross of Christ.

Karamitsuite ibara no you
Sighing, the realisation of my sins
Coils around me like thorns.

 

豪奢な拵えも天鵞絨のばらも
罪に塗れた僕にはそぐわない
Gousha na koshirae biroudo no bara mo
Tsumi ni mamireta boku ni ha soguwanai
The luxurious preparations, and the velvet roses
Are unsuited to me, who is smeared with sin.

ひらひら    高貴な指先    この咎の額にかざし

Hirahira    Kouki na yubisaki    Kono toga no hitai ni kazashi

The brilliant, noble fingertips hover over my censured brow.

穢れた胸をはだけてひたすら祈りつづける
