Kukyou no arashi ha mou jiki sugisaru wa

Buatsui kumo ga hareteyuku

The storm of crisis will soon pass by

And the heavy cloud cover will clear.

罵声さえ　歓声へ　生まれ変わる

異端の判決に嘆くのは

終わりにして

Basei sae   Kansei he Umarekawaru

Itan no hanketsu ni nageku no ha

Owari ni shite

Even the jeers will be reborn into shouts of joy.

The laments towards the heretical decree

Will end.

聖者ではなく悪魔でもない

純潔なロレーヌの乙女は

血飛沫さえも　真赤な薔薇へと

命を吹き込むの

Seija de ha naku akuma de mo nai

Junketsu na Roreenu no otome ha

Chi shibuki sae mo   Makka na bara he to

Inochi wo fukikomu no

Neither saint nor demon,

The chaste Maid of Lorraine

Breathes life into even the bloodstains

And turns them into deep red roses.

さあ迷わず　信じ　貫いて

振り返らず　前へ突き進め

神に授かりしこの声で唱え

「私達は決して負けはしない」

Saa mayowazu   Shinji Tsuranuite

Furikaerazu   Mae he tsukisusume

Kami ni sazukari shi kono koe de utae

“Watashitachi ha keshite make ha shinai”

Now, don’t lose your way. Just believe and persist,

立ち向かった激烈の風に

勝利の旗　共に掲げよう

再び生まれた私を愛してくれるなら

Tachimukatta gekiretsu no kaze ni

Shouri no hata   Tomo ni kakageyou

Futatabi umareta watashi wo ai shite kureru nara

Utaitsuzukeru wa

We faced the violent wind,

聖者ではなく悪魔でもない

高潔な一人の淑女は

穢れ恐れず　髪振り乱して

鎧を脱ぎ払う

Seija de ha naku akuma de mo nai

Kouketsu na hitori no shukujo ha

Kegare osorezu   Kami furimidashite

Yoroi wo nugiharau

Neither saint nor demon,

The pure, lone lady

Throws her dishevelled hair aside with no fear of shame

And removes her armor.

「この身体が　全て灰になり

燃え尽きても　どうか泣かないで」

叫んだ言葉は　消え去ることなく

語り継がられ

“Kono karada ga   Subete hai ni nari

Moetsukite mo   Dou ka nakanai de”

Sakenda kotoba ha   Kiesaru koto naku

Kataritsugarare

“This body will turn to ash,

But please don’t cry, even as I burn.”

The words she cried out would not fade away,

天に召され逝くこの声で叫ぶ

「争いの時代はもう終わりよ」
