Reila Translation

A translation of the GazettE's "Reila" from the single of the same name. It is a terribly sad song, one of the few that I have seen Ruki cry during. It is a personal song of his, and I believe this is the reason it is almost never performed.

Bath Room Translation

A translation of the GazettE's "Bath Room" from their studio album "DIM". The title refers to the setting of this song, where the singer has stumbled upon the murdered body of someone he loves. It's a very sad, heartwrenching story, and I find it very touching. It's one of my favourites from the album.

DESTINY -The Lovers- Translation

A translation of Versailles' "DESTINY -The Lovers-" from their newest single of the same name. This is their first release with new bassist Masashi, and represents their new era of music. It's a lovely song, and I see it as another song dedicated to Jasmine You. It is noticeably more positive than most of their ballads.

Uruha has called this song "the end credits to the story of DIM" and it is the piece that all members of the band are most impressed with. 紅蓮 Translation

A translation the GazettE's "紅蓮 (Guren)", which was released as a single and then as a track on the studio album "DIM". The lotus is, in Buddhism, a symbol of the feminine reproductive system, the uterus. Therefore, a red lotus would be a bloodied uterus. This song is about an abortion as from the point of view of the mother, who regrets her decision. This is an extremely emotional song for many people, including the members of the band.
