~.oOOo.~

Otoshiana no Soko ha Konna Sekai

Creature - that's what I was born
Creature - that's what you were born
Creator - that's what dad is meant
Caress-hands - that's what mom is meant

Crazy beasts - killing each other
Crazy plants - feeding a dream
Crazy humans - playing with other species
Crazy words - proving our egos

Donna genjitsu ga Donna kotoba ga Donna koufuku ga onozomi na no?
Ima mieteru Jiyuu no naka de Nozomeru jiyuu wo sakenda
What sort of reality, what sort of words, what sort of happiness do you wish for?
I can see now how the freedom we wish for screams out from inside freedom.

Bound and enchanted by the voice of gravity, we search for the repose we
hoped to raise.
Now, on the star on which we should live, we hoist the flag of peace that
should exist.
Ah, isn't the fact that we are here, that we are living here, a miracle inof itself?

Primal scream - beginning of life
Demier cri1 - closing of life
Here comes a life - going straight to death
Time never stops - time never goes back

Marude diorama Otogibanashi ga real ni boku wo tameshiteiru
Waraeru ja nai Sentakushi ha nai Muryoku na boku ga iru dake
As if using a diorama, I try making a fairytale into reality.
I can't smile. There's no choice in it, because only the powerless me is here.

Bound and enchanted by the voice of gravity, we search for the repose we hoped to raise.
Now, on the star on which we should live, we hoist the flag of peace that
should exist.
Ah, isn't the fact that we are here, that we are living here, a miracle inof itself?
Surely, no matter how many people there are right now, I can prove I exist.
That's because even if there is no freedom, or miracles, people struggle on.

Creature - that's what I was born
Creature - that's what you were born
Creator - that's what dad is meant
Caress-hands - that's what mom is mean

Notes
1. “Demier cri” is a tricky one. Directly translated from French it means “half-cry”, but colloquially it means “the latest thing/try”. For this song, I would combine the two, because “the final cry” fits best. Anyone with a better idea, please do let me know.
