The History of Genesis

Shi no haikyo ni hisomu bourei ga
Kyouran Boudou
Rekka no gotoku ha Kijin
Amaneku yo nara Tatakitsubuse
The spirits lurking in ruins of death
Rage and revolt.
The fierce god, like a raging fire,
Smashes up the wide world.

Nigeru zainin wo kurau banken ga
Meikai ni saisei
Reika wo matazu oginaeru1
Boukyaku no isu
The watchdog that devours escaping sinners
Is reborn in Hades.
If you won't wait to become a spirit, you'll be compensated with
The chair of oblivion.

Divine judgment
Liberate slave
Divine judgment
Nariyamanai Sakebi ha todoroku
Liberate slave
Daichi ha yureru Subete wo tokihanate
Divine judgment
The cries throb, they won't stop ringing.
Liberate slave
The earth is trembling and releasing everything.

Zetsubou labyrinth yo
Yami ni kieyuke
Zero kara mugen no naka he
Umareochita Sadame2
Labyrinth of despair,
Disappear into the darkness!
Fate is born
In the midst of the infinity from nothing.

Divine judgment
Liberate slaves
Divine judgment
Ikitoshi mono Gisei no sabaki wo
Liberate slaves
Daichi wo kaeru Chikara wo furikazase
Divine judgement
Living beings give the verdict of sacrifice.
Literate slaves.
Raise your power high, and change heaven and earth.

Divine judgment
Liberate slaves
Divine judgment
Nariyamanai Sakebi ha todoroku
Liberate slave
Daichi ha yureru Subete wo tokihanate
Divine judgment
The cries throb, they won't stop ringing.
Liberate slave
The earth is trembling and releasing everything.

Zetsubou labyrinth yo
Yami ni kieyuke
Zero kara mugen no naka he
Umareochita...
Labyrinth of despair,
Disappear into the darkness!
Fate is born
In the midst of the infinity from nothing...

Ai ha utsutsu ikizuku
Chijou no pushukee3
Kuchite ha hatenu risei ni
Nozomi wo kakete Saa ikou ka
Love is breathing consciousness,
The psyche of the world.
In the unending rational decay,
Make a wish. Now, shall we go?

Notes
1. Zin sings something other than what’s written, but I’ll admit I can’t make out exactly what it is, so the original word has stayed in.
2. “Unmei” (“fate, destiny”) is written, but Zin sings “sadame” (“fate, destiny”)
3. Usually I will render the katakana into the English word they are using, but since the way the Japanese say “psyche” is different from English speakers, I’ve romanized the katakana instead.
